Hello Bharti, tell us a little about yourself and what brought you to CERN?

My name is Bharti Verma and I am a chemical engineer. I have recently joined CERN as a fellow. I completed my PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India where I worked on the application of nanotechnology in the treatment of wastewater. A part of my Ph.D. work was executed in one of the leading companies of India. 

Hi Ester, Tell us a little about yourself and what brought you to CERN? 

I found out about CERN when I was a student and I was only 20 years old, living in Valladolid, Spain.
I did not know the Organization: it was all completely new for me, and a friend told me about the Technician Training Experience (TTE) fellowship program.
I thought: this sounds really impossible and difficult for me ... but ok let’s try!

   Hi! My name is Ellen Milne, and I am from sunny Scotland! I worked in the Oil and Gas Industry in Scotland before joining CERN.

My name is Line Le, and I am a microelectronics student at the University of Oslo.

Hello Rasmus! Tell us a little about yourself and what brought you to CERN.

My name is Rasmus Gundorff Saederup and I am a 26-year-old electrical engineer from Aalborg, in the cold north of Denmark. I graduated from Aalborg University in 2018 with a master's degree in signal processing. 

Meet Sabrina, who takes part in the CERN "Volontaires Internationaux" (VI) trainee programme, as a Project Control Analyst in the Project Management Office of the High-Luminosity LHC project (HL-LHC project).

Meet Ebba, who works as a Junior Fellow in communications in CERN's Health, Safety and Environment Unit, HSE. Hello Håvard, Tell us a little about yourself and what brought you to CERN?

My name is Håvard Hålien and I’m 36 years old. I come from a mountain valley in Norway called Valdres. Most of my life I have been interested in mechanical stuff and loved fixing and repairing things. So it was natural that this should be my path in education as well. I worked many years for a company that produced various kinds of industrial tools and parts for auto and offshore/subsea industry, to mention a few.
