What you'll do

You will also help optimise and implement procedures in the transition to a new Intellectual Property and Customer Relationship Management system.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of CERN's Medical Applications Budget and of the KT Fund: from call and launch to evaluation, award, project progress, budget monitoring, reporting, and updating records.
  • Defining appropriate qualitative and quantitative KPIs for the funding programmes, monitoring and contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Act as Scientific Secretary for the Medical Applications Project Forum, plan and organise meetings, project reviews and presentations.
  • Manage a portfolio of licensing and other KT partnerships, from opportunity identification to contract preparation and follow-up.
