You can re-use the same reference letters as long as they are not older than 12 months old at the time you apply for the position, and that they are relevant to your new application(s).

To re-use previously submitted letters, you do not need to do anything, the letters are in your profile and will be considered automatically.

CERN is a bi-lingual Organization, with French and English as working languages. It is important to at least have some knowledge of one of these two languages when you apply: the specific language requirements will be provided in the vacancy notice you apply for. One thing is for sure: if you don't know one of the two languages, coming to work at CERN will give you a great opportunity to learn it!

CERN will be moving to COVID Level 1 – Green on Monday 14 March 2022 and therefore re-opening the Job Shadowing program. This is a big step and some CERN services may not yet be ready to adapt to measures as per Level 1 – Green as from Monday 14 March.
