What you'll do

You will contribute to showcasing CERN’s impact on society by supporting the implementation of the Procurement communication strategy. Through engaging digital content and media, you will help strengthen outreach to industry and stakeholders while enhancing the Procurement Service’s online presence.

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of the communication policy, with a particular focus on outreach to industry.
  • Create and produce high-quality communication content across multiple formats (presentations, reports, articles, videos, brochures and social media) for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain the Procurement website (WordPress), ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Strengthen the Procurement Service’s digital presence by supporting communication campaigns and managing social media channels.

Your profile

  • Experience in professional communication and/or marketing related to industry, preferably in a technological and international environment.
  • Experience in a variety of areas including content creation, and development of audiovisual materials, digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, evaluation and monitoring of communication efforts, report writing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Experience with website implementation and maintenance.

  • You are a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State. Currently, we cannot consider applications from Pakistani and Lithuanian nationals for positions with a 2026 start date, as the ceiling defined under Article II.5 of the Associate Membership Agreement has been reached.
  • You have relevant qualifications and professional experience.
  • If you have previously held a Staff contract at CERN, you will not be eligible for these positions.
